Partnering With Your Team

Scientific Connexions assimilates with your team as a strategic and tactical partner. Our staff of professionals with advanced degrees in health and life sciences interacts effectively with your team, including medical affairs and clinical research.

Our publication and medical writing teams are structured for results, with direct access to the writing and editing staff . Scientific Connexions will provide a team to support the level of services desired, including planning, implementation, and management/monitoring of your publication plan. To optimize interactions and the success of assigned projects, a Director or Senior Director of Medical Communications (senior staff editor) functions in the traditional capacity of account manager, in addition to serving as the lead editor and overall project manager for the account. Typically, one or more additional senior editors may also review and edit publications and other scientific content for the account, and multiple staff senior medical writers and medical writers provide drafts of specific projects, although one or more writers typically are the primary writers on an individual account. A Client Services Director also will be assigned to the account to manage the business-related issues for the team. Graphic design/production, publication plan coordinator, and administrative support are provided as required. The scope of business assigned determines the numbers and types of Scientific Connexions staff appointed to the account.

Your point-of-contact is the:

  • Manager of your workflow
  • Primary editor and reviewer of all documents developed for your team, and
  • Day-to-day contact for your investigators and key opinion leaders
